Frequently Asked Questions
How can I order?
Customer can book the pickup schedule through our website only. Pickup cut off time at 2:00PM for standard service and cut off time at 11:00AM for same day service.

How much it cost for pickup and delivery my laundry?
Standard price for Pickup and Delivery service charge start at 100 baht (inside service area ONLY!!) and may be added more for distant or hard to service addresses.
We serve customers who stay inside our service area ONLY. Kindly check our map before make the online order that your place is in our service area. We also prepare the short listing of the hotel / place where are inside our service area for you.
How can I cancel my order?
For cancelation your pickup schedule, please inform our team by email at least 2 hours in advance before your your pick up time that you booked with us.
Do I need to separate my laundry?
Normally, our standard for washing process – light and dark color will be washed separately each loads. So, no need to do that. Here’s the guide to Prep Your Clothes for Laundry Service Pick Up
Will my clothes be mixed with other customers?
No, never. Because we separately wash and dry clothes for each customers.
How can I pay?
Firstly, select the bottom of the order form which you are interested in. There are 2 options of payment method – online payment and cash.
- Banking transfer payment:
- We’ll email the invoice and our bank account# to customer for the payment later. (Customer can pay thru the bank counters, ATM-kiosks or Mobile Banking App. in Thailand to transfer money our bank account.) Please note, we are a prepaid service so payment should be made in advance, not during or after delivery.
- Cash payment:
- Kindly leave CASH inside the envelope and put inside your laundry bag before leave it with the receptionist of your Hotel/Place. You should leave money more than enough (Laundry service charge + Pickup&Delivery charge). Ex. ฿500, ฿1000, ฿2000 etc. Your change will be returned when delivery.
When will my laundry be delivered?
- Delivery next business day before NOON: For For wash-dry-fold (Standard service). [Extra charge 50% will be applied for customers who schedule pickup time between NOON-3:00pm]
- Delivery next business day before 7:00pm: For wash-dry-fold (Standard service).
- Delivery same day before 11:00pm: For wash-dry-fold (Same day service).
- Delivery next 3 days before 7:00pm: For service per piece will take 3 days for operating. So delivery date will be in the next 3 days before 7:00pm.
